Orders are generally delivered within 2-7 Days depending on the delivery Pincode and shipping partners.
Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Some orders can take longer, such as pre-order items.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 2-7 Days depending on the delivery Pincode and shipping partners.
At the time of order delivery If you think you have received the product in a poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order. Also, contact our care team mentioning your order ID and we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
When do I have to self-ship the product to TASYA?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our care team, we will share the address for return.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account.
We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfil, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc.
Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If, however, the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner.
TASYA reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMER
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to Care@tasyajewels.in We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged, please contact us within 24hours of receipt. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by TASYA and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
Replacement will be given on Damage Products during Transit Only and there will be no refund of the original amount.
Complaints if any should be raised within 2 days’ time only after receiving the products via email at Care@tasyajewels.in along with supporting photos/videos and unboxing video.
If you receive any incomplete or damaged products, such as missing earrings or incomplete sets, we kindly request that you provide a proper unboxing video as part of your complaint. This will help us expedite the resolution process. Please note that complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
