Warranty Policy

TASYA provides 6 month Warranty Policy* for all our sterling silver, gold plated and Rose Gold plated silver jewellery pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewellery the way you want to!

Claim Process:
  • Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  • Email care@tasyajewels.in with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
  • Self-ship the product to our official address or we can arrange the pickup, please note shipping fees will be bore by the customers.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
  • Third-party resizing or alterations.
  • Damage to zirconia crystals or pearls due to mishandling.
  • Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery

Lifetime Plating

We, at TASYA offers you Life Time Plating Policy* for all our sterling silver jewellery pieces.

To avail our service:
  • Place your replating request at care@tasyajewels.in
  • You can either self-ship the product at our official address or we can arrange the pickup (in that case shipping charges have to be paid by the customers)

    • Please note Oxidised silver Jewellery pieces are not eligible for Re-Plating. The Lifetime plating service on your jewellery purchased from TASYA is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
